The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Brisbane team.
You will play a key role in leading on-site construction delivery, driving safety and quality outcomes, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Working closely with the Project Manager and the Site Team, you'll oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
You'll be responsible for leading on-site construction activities from start to finish, including:
* Supervising and coordinating site operations to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.
* Managing day-to-day activities of trades, subcontractors and site teams.
* Monitoring progress, schedules and costs while maintaining accurate site records.
* Conducting inspections and addressing any safety or quality concerns.
* Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Bring:
You are a confident site leader who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment and takes pride in delivering projects to the highest standard. You'll also bring:
* 5+ years' experience delivering commercial construction projects in a Site Manager or similar supervisory role
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate site teams.
* Proven experience in project scheduling and cost management.
* Solid understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels
* Relevant building/construction qualifications + White Card
* QBCC Builder Open Site Supervisor license (mandatory)
