Compliance Manager East - Licensed Trades

You're equally comfortable in the field conducting audits as you are preparing reports or liaising with regulators and clients. You can interpret legislation, codes, and standards with confidence and explain them in plain language to ensure compliance is understood and achievable.

Job Description
To be successful in this role you will have:
* You are a trade-qualified professional (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Building) with:
* 10+ years' experience
in a licensed trade discipline.
* Strong working knowledge of
Acts, Regulations, Building Codes, and Australian Standards
.
* Demonstrated experience in
compliance management, auditing, or supervision
.
* Proven ability to investigate incidents, manage risk, and implement corrective actions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report writing skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence others in compliance best practice.
Qualifications
* Trade qualified in at least one licensed trade (Electrician, Plumbing, HVAC or Building) with at least 10 years experience.
* Additional auditing, compliance or WHS qualifications - desirable
* Current C Class driver's license
* Police Clearance
