The Role

The Information Management (IM) Archive Officer is responsible for the capture of documents into the organisation's recordkeeping system, and the ongoing support of the organisation's archives, both digital and paper. The IM Archive Officer assists internal customers with requests for information. This role includes the digitisation of paper records.
About you
You will have a genuine interest in record keeping and managing information for future use. You will have a good eye for detail, accuracy and well developed data entry skills. You will also be an amateur sleuth tracking down documents and information for other people. You won't mind scanning paper records for uploading into our digital systems.
