We are seeking an experienced Industrial Designer with strong Archicad capability to work on the design and development of modular and prefabricated buildings.
This role sits across design, documentation, and delivery, with some design work requiring NCC / BCA consideration depending on the application.
This is a hands-on, office-based position on the Gold Coast. It is not suitable for overseas or interstate applicants.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing factory built modular prefabricated buildings using Archicad
* Preparing layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
* Applying NCC / BCA requirements where required
* Managing design variations and customer customisations
* Reviewing and documenting design changes clearly and accurately
* Working closely with internal production and operations teams
* Maintaining and improving an organised Archicad component library
* Supporting ongoing product development across factory built prefabricated building ranges
About You
* Strong, proven experience using Archicad for building design and documentation
* Practical understanding of NCC / BCA requirements (applied where relevant)
* Experience with modular, prefabricated buildings or factory built
* High level of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
* Ability to work within defined products while managing variations
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in an office-based, collaborative environment
* Gold Coast based and available to work full-time from our office

Salary and Conditions
* $115, % superannuation
* Full-time, permanent role
* Office-based position on the Gold Coast
* Monday to Friday with reasonable flexibility
