Location: Sydney. This is a hybrid role requiring a presence in the office at least three days a week.
Responsibilities
Build trust with clients and foster collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders.
Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges.
Improve clients' performance through effective risk mitigation methods.
Project manage client deliverables and maintain daily relationships with clients and their executives.
Recommend suitable solutions based on client analysis activities, including claims, premiums, and policy structures.
Mentor colleagues in business development and professional growth.
Contribute to business development efforts and help expand our market presence.
Qualifications
Relevant Degree (desirable).
Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related role.
Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions.
Current driver's license.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
