This iconic retail organisation is seeking a hands-on QA Manager to join the team and work on a strategic omnichannel project. This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
The role is a full-time role with 3 days on-site with the Head Office based in Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs.
The Test Manager will lead multiple testing streams across the delivery of in-flight projects. A strong understanding of retail systems within digital, supply chain, and fulfilment environments is essential.
Key experience required:
* Proven experience leading three distinct testing teams
* Act as a point of contact for testing-related queries and issues
* Test planning and strategy: Develop test plans and strategies from scratch, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure all testing efforts are well documented and communicated to stakeholders
* Test execution and defect management: Oversee the execution of test cases, track progress, and manage defect reporting and resolution. Ensure defects are prioritised based on business impact
* Test automation: Experience driving test automation to improve quality outcomes
To be successful, you will have:
* Extensive experience as a Test Manager, with a proven track record in end-to-end testing of complex retail solutions
* Strong software testing experience, including knowledge of automation within the domain
* Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in testing and quality assurance
* A proactive, positive, flexible, and resilient approach
