We are looking for a
Full Time Practice Manager
with leadership capabilities and attention to detail; you will be goal-oriented, team-focused and able to coach and mentor in a collaborative manner. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management, rostering, and maintaining client records.
Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture.
Ensuring that monthly KPIs are met.
Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives.
Performing nursing duties as required, including training and mentoring nurses.
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience).
Genuine care for clients, patients and your team.
Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills.
Excellent animal handling skills.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good business insight and organisational skills.
