Working at SPS you will get the opportunity to work with the biggest players in the Australian market on some of the largest and most complex generator designs in the world.RoleLead projects to install and commission instability detection systems for renewable energy power generation machines across Victoria, NSW and Queensland.Analyse and review performance data of previously installed systems and implement performance improvements based on client feedback and updated requirements.Development and testing of prototypes of new systems in Melbourne Facility.Scope project cost and delivery timeframes to provide accurate client proposals.Review detailed technical drawings to procure necessary equipment and components for each project.Prepare technical documentation such as commissioning test plans and test reports for client and network service provider approval.Travel to remote project sites for installation supervision and system commissioning.RequirementsProven experience in project commissioning and validation.Experience SEL AcSELerator Software and Omicron Test Universe software desired but not essential.Strong Python coding skill desired.Education: Bachelor or higher Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as with remote teams in our other offices locally and globally.Strong ability to work as part of a team in problem solving.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, having the ability to adapt quickly and work to tight deadlines.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
