Revenue Manager Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead proactive revenue management across our properties, driving occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) performance.
* Oversee Central Reservations, providing leadership and guidance to the Reservations Supervisor and team.
* Optimise distribution channels and inventory management to maximise revenue potential.
* Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial strategies that enhance profitability and the guest experience.
* Provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
