What you’ll be doing:
Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
Drive new business development through strategic market analysis and targeted outreach to potential clients in Mining, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors
Create and execute tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and product solutions that align with client expectations
Utilise CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage client information, track sales activities, and report on progress
Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth and success
What you’ll need:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Construction sectors
A strong client-focused approach with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage client interactions
A strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive business development efforts effectively
A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, stay motivated, and deliver results
