Crane & Rigging Operations Coordinator
This role is ideal for a professional who can manage and direct crane and rigging activities at our site. We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our team and contribute to the safe and efficient execution of tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with planning preparation prior to execution
* Allocating day-to-day work priorities to various disciplines, ensuring work is conducted safely
* Reporting on preparation activity completion against set targets
* Allocating manpower for tasks to ensure safe and efficient execution when required
* Audit and compliance activities for onsite crane operations
About the Role:
This position involves working closely with the leadership team and various preparation teams to communicate operational information. You will also be responsible for ensuring the suitability and availability of equipment spares and identifying competence requirements for work tasks.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications/Licences in Rigging, Scaffolding and Crane Operating at least 5 years' experience
* A Western Australian C-Class manual drivers' licence
* Relevant experience working in maintenance plant shutdowns of fixed plant machinery
* Demonstrated success as an effective leader in a customer-focused environment
* Previous experience in managing costs and budgeting
* Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications
