The Role
Come and join PTA’s Asset and Engineering Management leadership team in a full time capacity to drive a once in lifetime infrastructure transformation for Perth. In this role you will identify and develop the PTA’s asset infrastructure systems to ensure a safe, reliable, and cost effective, quality service that will comply with regulations and standards to meet the business needs and further improve its life cycle asset management (LCAM) while meeting the requirements of key stakeholders.
You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of asset management, project delivery and maintenance and operation readiness. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in leading delivery of complex multi-disciplinary rail operational technology systems projects. Reporting to the Branch Manager of Asset & Engineering Management with a team of four, this role is critical for the smooth induction of assets from Metronet projects to operation and maintenance lifecycle stage. Maintaining the proactive relationship with Metronet & PPD delivery teams, drive governance of the non-conformance, defect management, design field changes, design assurance, asset information etc, to ensure the PTA’s asset owner interests are addressed.
Possession of a tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent with relevant asset & project management experience is essential.
