Overview
PB Builds is a licensed, insured building company based in Torquay, serving the Surf Coast, Geelong, Colac and surrounding areas. Led by founder Phil Brooks, the business is known for delivering high-quality bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations that are both practical and well‐finished. With a strong focus on communication and reliability, PB Builds manages the entire process – from design and budgeting through to coordinating trades and final delivery.
As a registered provider for the NDIS and Department of Veterans' Affairs, PB Builds also specialises in accessible modifications. The team works closely with occupational therapists to deliver tailored solutions like ramps, widened doorways and step‐free bathrooms that meet both functional and aesthetic needs. The result is a company that combines craftsmanship with care, delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference to people's lives.

If you have 3+ years' experience of successful partnership and referral building in the NDIS or related sectors, we'd be keen to meet.
The gig
It's an interesting role where you will build, expand and nurture relationships with occupational therapists across the Surf Coast and Geelong. You will work in a hybrid arrangement, making site visits, spending time at the office in Torquay and occasionally working from home.

Salary & Benefits
A base salary of $80‐$90K, plus Super is on offer. Your achievements will allow you to earn in excess of $150K – an uncapped figure. You will also have access to a seasoned sales coach whose goal is to help you enjoy more success, in less time, with less stress.
