3Bridges is seeking an experienced and adaptable Multi-Site Lead (OSHC) to join our growing Out of School Hours Care leadership team.
This position will have a primary home OSHC service, where the successful candidate will provide leadership, mentoring, operational support and service oversight. In addition, the role acts as a floating Multi-Site Lead, providing support across multiple OSHC services throughout Sydney as operational needs arise.
Penshurst Community Centre will serve as the administration and reporting base for the role. Regular travel across Sydney and surrounding suburbs is an essential requirement.
This is a highly visible operational leadership role requiring regular on-floor engagement with children, educators and service teams. The successful candidate will be expected to step into ratio when required, support service delivery, mentor educators through practice, and provide hands‐on leadership across services.
Working collaboratively alongside fellow Multi-Site Leads, Educational Program Leads and Program Coordinators, this role provides additional leadership capacity, service support, leave coverage, mentoring and quality improvement assistance across the network.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and operational support to your primary home service.
* Act as Nominated Supervisor and Responsible Person primary home service and where required.
* Provide floating support across OSHC services throughout Sydney in response to operational and business needs.
* Demonstrate and promote child safe practices consistent with NSW Child Safe Standards and 3Bridges commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
* Work directly with children and educators, including stepping into ratio and supporting service delivery when required.
* Mentor and coach Program Coordinators, Educational Program Leads and Educators through modelling best practice and professional support.
* Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), Child Safe Standards and My Time, Our Place.
* Assist services with continuous improvement processes, Quality Improvement Plans and Assessment & Rating preparation.
* Provide leave coverage and operational support for fellow Multi-Site Leads and service leadership teams.
* Support workforce development, service quality and operational performance across allocated services.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, school communities and key stakeholders.
* Support incident management, risk mitigation and service compliance activities as required.
* Assist with new service establishment, service transitions and organisational growth initiatives.
* Participate in leadership meetings, service reviews and organisational projects.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Diploma of Children's Services, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' leadership experience within OSHC, education, childcare, community or youth services.
* Foundation Training: National Child Safety Training
* Previous experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
* Experience supporting Assessment and Rating processes.
* Demonstrated experience leading teams and supporting service operations.
* Strong knowledge of:

* Education and Care Services National Regulations

* Experience supporting compliance, quality improvement and service operations.
* Current NSW Working With Children Check.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
