About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Coordinator to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.
An exciting opportunity awaits a passionate and committed individual to offer administrative assistance to our Real Estate product and corporate franchise team.
- You will be tasked with providing administrative support to our General Manager Real Estate, Head of Real Estate, and Manager of Operational Excellence. With your help, we aim to attain operational efficiency, which involves managing bookings for travel and accommodations, processing invoices. You will also be required to provide customer service to our Franchise network and offer training through our webinar systems to employees as needed.
This is an excellent chance for growth and learning in the Real Estate industry while contributing to the company's ongoing business plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to senior management team to ensure seamless coordination of business unit-
- Generate reports and data for internal reporting and analysis-
- Assist with the organisation of events and conferences-
- Coordinate training-
- Maintain and update company databases-
- Assist with the onboarding of new franchises-
- Provide franchisees with marketing support and website creation-
- Perform general office duties including invoice managementAbout you
- We are looking for an individual who can collaborate effectively with the diverse Real Estate team and possesses the following qualities and experience:
- A strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service-
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities-
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently to deliver quality outcomes with great attention to detail-
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite-
- Prior experience in multifaceted administrative roles-
- Familiarity with the Real Estate industry - preferred-
- Possessing a Real Estate Certification or License would be an advantage but not essentialAbout Elders
