**A great opportunity now exists for a Store Person / Customer Service member to join our small but busy team.**
**About the Role**
You will be the first point of contact with both face to face and telephone customers, assisting clients with end-to-end service from sales/enquiries to picking and packing orders ready for customer collections, so a diverse mix of day-to-day duties.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Counter sales and enquiries
- Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
- Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
- Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
- Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
- Vetting orders
- Product support to customers.
**About You**
You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants **MUST** have:
- experience in a similar role / industry with current forklift licence
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- medium level computer literacy
- the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
