Based at our WA Head Office, this role offers the opportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives and work closely with our operations team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Your Role:
Lead Sales Growth:Develop and implement strategies to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious targets.
Strategic Planning:Create and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Tender & Proposal Management:Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, and pricing submissions with precision.
Commercial Negotiations:Build strong client relationships and secure profitable contracts.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience inbusiness-to-business sales, ideally withinMining, Oil & Gas, Civil Construction, or Manufacturing.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities.
Experience inmodular hire and salesis highly regarded.
A proactive, self-motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.
