* We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team.
* This role involves preparing metal components using various techniques such as cutting, grinding, and basic fabrication.
* The successful candidate will assist with welding tasks including TIG and MIG welding under close supervision.
* Key responsibilities include supporting experienced tradespeople in the assembly, fitting, and repair of metal structures.
* Duties also include operating and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and basic workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
* Candidates must be able to follow all workshop safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Furthermore, they must adhere to all action plans and systems designed to protect the health and safety of employees, contractors, visitors, and volunteers.
* Additionally, the selected individual will report any defects in plant and machinery to the Workshop Supervisor for immediate attention.
* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be available to support the apprentice's growth and success in this role.
