My client is looking for an experienced Manager to lead a portfolio of not-for-profit and commercial clients. You'll act as their trusted finance partner, delivering high-quality reporting, compliance, and strategic insights that drive real impact.
What you'll do
* Oversee a large client portfolio with a CFO mindset
* Deliver monthly management reports, dashboards, and analysis
* Review compliance work including BAS, financial statements, and tax returns
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
* Identify process improvements and value-add opportunities
About you
* CA/CPA with 6+ years in business services or management accounting
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting frameworks
* Advanced skills in Xero, Excel, and related platforms
* Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
* Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear, actionable advice
