Job Description Collaboration with business leaders to develop strategic financial plans, performance reporting and operational metricsDevelop and integrate scenario planning capabilities to understand impact of decisions and provide insights that drive business improvementDeliver robust business case proposals for investment and growthDirect quarterly forecasting processes, applying financial expertise to deliver detailed impact analyses and commercial insightsConducting financial analysis and forecasting for the Property department.Providing insightful financial reports to guide business decisions.Advising on cost control and profitability enhancement strategies.Supporting the implementation of strategic business initiatives.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Contributing to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and systems.The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Business Partner should have:
