All underpinned by technology created with purpose.## **Your Role**As an experienced Senior PMO Manager you will lead complex, large-scale projects and organisational transformations. This role combines strategic project leadership with hands-on Project Management Office (PMO) capabilities, requiring expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies to deliver transformational initiatives across the organization.In this role you will play a key role in:* Lead and manage large-scale, high-visibility projects and transformation initiatives from conception through delivery* Develop comprehensive project strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans for complex organizational changes* Drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments, stakeholders, and external partners* Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational standards and methodologies* Design and implement PMO processes, standards, and best practices across project portfolios* Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and documentation standards* Provide portfolio oversight, resource allocation, and strategic project prioritization* Establish project metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for executive leadership visibility* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders* Manage change managemCommunicate project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and steering committees## **Your Profile*** 8+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles* Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects (>$5M budget, multi-year duration)* Background in digital transformation, ERP / CRM implementations, or large IT initiatives* Previous consulting or professional services experience* Extensive experience in organisational transformation and change management initiatives* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred* Advanced proficiency across MS Excel, Project and Jira (agile Project Management and workflow configuration and reporting)* Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority* Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and resource optimization* Risk management expertise with ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks**What You'll Love About Working Here*** We recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
