Job Overview
The Digital Workplace Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of the Modern Digital Workplace. This encompasses managing systems and applications in managed environments across various endpoints.
* Support Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365 using tools such as SCCM/MEMCM, Group Policy, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Apple Business Manager.
* Draw upon technical expertise to provide strategic advice, deliver projects, resolve technical issues, author documentation, and deliver IT services.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications in managed operating environments.
2. Technical Support: Provide assistance with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365.
3. Project Delivery: Collaborate on projects to design, implement, and maintain solutions that meet business requirements.
