Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition function, driving the end-to-end recruitment delivery and partnering with business leaders to achieve strong talent outcomes.
* Lead and develop a high-performing Recruitment Team
* Drive the implementation of our Employer Value Proposition and execute our Recruitment Strategy
* Manage permanent recruitment volumes across the business
* Oversee recruitment agency relationships
* Partner with external providers to manage casual workforce requirements
Key Requirements
* Proven experience leading a Recruitment function or team (preferred)
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and vendor management
* A hands-on approach balancing leadership and delivery
* Passion for developing people and creating a high-performing culture
* Experience in Workday (highly desired)
