Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) is seeking to engage suitably qualified contractors for the provision of Maintenance Services.
The purpose of this EOI is to:
* Engage with maintenance service providers across various industries to identify interest in partnering with AHV to deliver both reactive and planned maintenance services.
* Shortlist a number of qualified providers across multiple trades to participate in a select (closed) tender process.
Trade services sought
* Head Contractor (with Domestic Builder Licence – DBL)
* Plumbers (incl. gas), sewer/stormwater clearing, unblocking and repairs
* Electricians
* Fencing (repairs and new installations)
* Heating & Cooling Contractors (installation and maintenance)
* Waste management, including rubbish removal, vacant property clean‐ups, and septic services
* Roof repair and replacement (Colorbond and tiles)
* Landscaping, arborist and grounds maintenance
* Pest control (incl. possum relocation and termite treatment)
* Locksmith services
* Glazing installation and replacement
* EWP access services, including crane hire
* Other ad‐hoc services (respondents to specify)
*AHV may, at its absolute discretion, determine whether proposed "other services" progress to the select tender process.
Submission requirements
* Only submissions lodged via eTenderBox will be accepted. Email, fax, hard‐copy, or late submissions will not be accepted.
* Respondents are responsible for ensuring their submission is received before the closing date/time 4.00 PM (Melbourne Time), Tuesday,17 February 2026.
