With a strong focus on customer experience, quality service and a friendly team culture, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our venue. About the Role As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel’s daily operations, staff performance, compliance and financial outcomes. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who is hands-on, organised and passionate about hospitality. Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including bar, bistro and functions Lead, train and supervise staff across all departments Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with business needs and budgets Recruit, train and develop team members to maintain high performance standards Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints professionally Monitor and control wages, stock and operating costs Manage purchasing, stock control and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, gaming (if applicable) and WHS regulations Implement and maintain policies, procedures and operational systems Analyse business performance and prepare reports for ownership/management Develop strategies to increase revenue, sales and customer engagement Oversee promotions, marketing and local community engagement Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness and safety standards About Yo u Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Venue Manager or similar role Strong leadership and people management skills Sound knowledge of liquor licensing and WHS requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to manage budgets and improve profitability Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays Current RSA and RCG (where required) What We Offer Full-time secure position Competitive salary based on experience Supportive ownership and team environment Opportunity to grow within a respected hospitality venue Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest in this fulltime salaried position with a starting salary $76K - $80K (plus super)
