About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated On‐Site Technician to join our team. This role involves providing top‐notch desktop support and troubleshooting at our customer site.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong problem‐solving abilities, and the capability to work independently. As the face of Fujitsu on the customer site, you will ensure smooth operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Desktop Support and Troubleshooting:
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
* Perform routine maintenance and updates
* Assist with the installation and configuration of desktop systems
* Customer Service and Communication:
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Document and report issues and resolutions clearly
* Problem‐Solving:
* Utilize strong problem‐solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
* Independently figure out solutions and workarounds for unexpected challenges
Requirements and Experience
* Experience in desktop support or onsite IT support roles
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments and end‐user devices
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a client‐facing environment
* Strong documentation and communication capability
* NV1 clearance required

Security Clearance Requirements
Due to the inherent requirements of the role, candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold an Australian Federal Government Security Clearance.
