Opportunity
John Cotton Australia are looking for an experienced full-time National Account Manager to join our Commercial Team and drive profitable growth across key retail accounts.
This role is responsible for managing range, NPD, promotions, forecasting and customer planning while working cross-functionally to deliver results.
What you'll do:
Manage key customer accounts to deliver revenue, net profit and trade spend targets
Lead range reviews, promotions, customer meetings and execution plans
Provide category insights and develop tailored growth strategies
Build strong internal and external relationships across Supply, PD, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service
Support SCALE channel customers as required
Champion workplace safety and follow all JCA SH&E requirements
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a National or Key Account Manager
Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and financial management capability
Ability to analyse performance and develop strategic growth plans
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Manufacturing or retail/FMCG experience highly regarded
