About the Role
As our ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our teams have an excellent experience in ServiceNow. This is a 6‐month max term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Customising and configuring ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and platform logic to meet organisational needs.
* Managing incidents, problems, and service requests within ServiceNow or other Enterprise IT platforms.
* Providing technical support to end‐users via support requests, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries related to ServiceNow.
* Collaborating with development teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
* Ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
* Maintaining accurate documentation related to system changes, processes, and procedures.
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing enhancements.
* Developing and maintaining ServiceNow production and sub‐production environments (UAT, dev) and planning deployment of major/minor releases.
Qualifications
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator desirable.
* Minimum 2 years of hands‐on experience in ServiceNow administration.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM/ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.).
* Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, etc.) at least to a read level.
* Understanding of ITIL processes.
* Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
* Familiarity with Flow Designer.
* ITOM experience highly desirable but not required.
* Experience with reporting and dashboards, performance analytics desirable.
