Team Leader Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Team Leader to oversee our care team and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.
* As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to residents, promoting their quality of life, and ensuring that their needs are met.
* You will lead a team of care staff, empowering them through learning, support, and leadership to advance the level of service to residents.
* You will also be responsible for ensuring care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse, and proven leadership experience as a senior nurse in aged care.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the sustainability and growth of our services through diligence with funding, care planning, and community engagement.
* Lead all clinical services in line with established processes and policies.
* Provide high-quality care services and professional practice.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification or Australian recognised equivalency.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
* Proven leadership experience as a senior nurse in aged care.
