Sales Advisor – Bridgestone Select Smithfield

Full-Time | Award-Winning, Locally Owned Family Business

Bridgestone Select Smithfield is an award-winning, locally owned family store with a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and high-quality automotive care. We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join our friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is critical in driving sales, managing workshop bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

Maximise tyre and mechanical sales through professional quoting and product knowledge

Promote all available services and products to customers

Follow up on quotes, recommendations, and Bridgestone Benefits

Answer calls promptly, qualify customer needs, and secure bookings

Maintain workshop bookings at 80% capacity or higher

Greet all customers warmly and request feedback and reviews

Workshop & Administration

Accurately record customer and vehicle details

Prepare job sheets and invoices with attention to detail

Order parts and tyres as required

Monitor job progress and communicate with customers

Ensure all work is invoiced and payment is collected

Assist with tyre fitting or workshop tasks when needed

Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with workshop staff to ensure smooth operations

Maintain effective communication with customers and team members

Support promotional activities and maintain a professional reception area

Provide feedback to management on customer concerns or complaints

What We’re Looking For:

Strong sales and customer service skills

Excellent communication and phone manner

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping

Automotive industry experience (preferred)

Computer literacy and confidence using booking systems

A current Australian Driver’s Licence

A professional, well-presented, and reliable attitude
