* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and store presentation.
* Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Retail management or leadership experience.
* Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail.
* Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
* Mechanical experience is a bonus, but not a must.
