We are looking for an organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Sales Coordinator to support our national and international sales functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to build a strong career in sales, operations and customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Sales Manager and wider National key account team.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, pricing files and performance summaries.
* Maintain product data, price lists, sales resources and internal documentation.
* Coordinate the preparation of retailer submissions, range review documents and presentations.
* Assist with onboarding new retail accounts by preparing required forms, assets and product information.
* Act as a key internal point of contact for customer enquiries, following up to ensure timely resolution.
* Support communication with major retailers including Bunnings, Woolworths, Mitre 10, Beaumont Tiles, BIG W, Spotlight, BWS and US distributors.
* Help manage retailer portals, uploading product updates, imagery, specifications and marketing assets.
* Monitor retailer compliance requirements and assist in preparing corrective actions when needed.
Order & Inventory Support
* Work closely with warehousing and logistics to help coordinate stock availability, back-order updates and dispatch communication.
* Assist with order entry, order tracking and status updates where required.
* Support internal communication between the sales team and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery outcomes.
Internal Coordination
* Assist the sales team in coordinating timelines for new product launches, promotional activity and marketing requests.
* Help prepare internal communication packs, meeting notes, agendas and follow-up action plans.
* Coordinate sample requests for buyers, influencers, internal reviews and photoshoots.
* Maintain organised shared drives, ensuring accurate file naming, version control and document structure.
* Support cross-department collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Design, Sourcing and Logistics.

Key Requirements
* Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, administration, or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A willingness to learn product information and support retailer requirements.
* Experience with retailer portals (Bunnings, Woolworths, Mitre 10, BIG W etc.).
* Familiarity with CRM systems or order-management tools.
* Understanding of forecasting, reporting or basic analytics.
* Experience supporting product-based businesses or working with retail partners.
