**About Our Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration & Sales Coordinator to join our Rowville office. Working as part of a dedicated, close-knit team you will help to ensure that our internal customers' orders are checked and despatched on time.

As part of this varied role you will also:

- Generate, maintain and distribute sales reports
- Maintain accurate information in company systems and processes
- Process orders in ERP system
- Take inbound calls from customers
- Review and process business invoicing requirements
- Provide general administration support (banking, stationery orders, kitchen consumables and staff uniforms)
- General Banking and Petty Cash management
- Other Administration duties as required

We will of course provide you with the training and development you need, and you will benefit from your colleagues' ongoing support and considerable industry knowledge.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with previous sales support or administration experience who will enjoy working as part of our busy, friendly team to ensure our customer needs are met. You could be looking for an opportunity to advance your career in our 4,000-strong organisation, or you could be looking for a rewarding role with a stable, established employer. Either way, the key to your success will be your excellent communication skills, your customer focus and your proactive, hands-on approach.

We are also looking for:

- Previous experience with MS Office products
- Knowledge of AR processes an advantage
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication in professional manner
- Outstanding attention to detail
