Job Description:
The services officer role is a hands-on position that requires selling tickets, making announcements, coordinating coach activities and de-escalating situations as they arise while providing excellent customer service.
* Assist with ticketing, fare checking, and luggage handling
* Evaluate train cleanliness and functionality to ensure readiness for service
* Work through disruptions and emergency situations with professionalism
* Manage and report equipment or facility issues
Key responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining station facilities. This role suits someone who remains calm under pressure, enjoys a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This fixed-term opportunity offers one full-time position with a 24/7 rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
