Operations Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill a critical role in our Fremantle operations. The successful candidate will oversee vessel and landside operations, manage operational staff and equipment, while ensuring safety, productivity, customer service and financial performance targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate and manage operational activities to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations, landside operations and labour allocation.
* Lead, motivate and develop teams to perform their roles safely and productively in line with operational plans and customer expectations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improved business outcomes through effective planning strategies that identify continuous improvements in operational performance.
