Administration Assistant Role
We are seeking a skilled Administration Assistant to support the centre's daily operations in Camperdown. This is a Permanent Part-Time role working a 55-hour fortnight, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support and assistance to the Centre. Their responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact at the reception
* Email management and response
* Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as required
* Accounts support when needed
* Enrolling children and ensuring accurate documentation
* Maintaining tidy and well-stocked rooms and office areas
* Assisting the Centre Director when necessary
The Administration Assistant will also contribute to building positive relationships with parents, enhancing the smooth running of the centre.
