To be successful, you will require;Minimum Mandatory Qualifications Requirements:As per the minimum mandatory qualifications requirements via all candidates wishing to apply for this role must be able to demonstrate these specific requirements.A current Working with Children Check
In this role, you will;Specialise in working with adults using family violenceAssess and manage risk using the MARAM Framework and TRAM toolsConsider the risks and needs of each family member, including children, in contextSupport people to have choice and control where possiblePromote cultural safety and self-determination for Aboriginal people and familiesApply the Best Interests Case Practice Model (BICPM) to keep children safeIdentify barriers to engagement and tailor your approach to reduce risk and vulnerability
