What You'll Do
- Organise seamless travel for high-profile entertainment clients
- Use GDS (Sabre/ Amadeus / Galileo) to book flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Provide tailored, cost-effective travel solutions while managing complex itineraries
- Handle bookings and client requests via phone and email with speed and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, industry standards, and PCI regulations
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of travel consulting experience, preferably with VIP, entertainment, or group travel clients
- Strong GDS expertise (Sabre/ Amadeus / Galileo) and ticketing knowledge
- Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and client expectations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
