We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position involves overseeing operations at our waste management site in Ballarat.
Main Responsibilities
* Site Operations Management: Manage site operations to meet performance targets and customer expectations, ensuring that all activities align with company objectives.
* Talent Sourcing and Selection: Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market, lead job fairs and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining positive relationships with contractors.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading teams, managing budgets efficiently and identifying areas for cost savings without compromising on quality.
* KPI Monitoring & Reporting:
o Analyze data from various sources, identify trends & patterns then develop actionable insights to inform future business decisions. Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly reports using designated tools
