* NSW pay rates $40.98 to $42.63 per hour + super + shift loadings + salary packaging ($80,900 to $84,200 annual salary range + super + NFP!)
Responsibilities
* Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
* Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
* Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures
Qualifications
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
* Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or similar
* Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age‐related health issues
* Good coaching/training skills
* Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
* Strong customer‐centric approach to business
* Able to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplinary team
* Competent IT skills
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
