An opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team in Bordertown, on a full time basis, has arisen. Prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, will be a significant advantage, however we will consider those who will guarantee to obtain their licence within a consolidated timeframe, and who excel in providing exceptional experience to all of our key stakeholders.

About the opportunity:
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:
* Property inspections
* Processing tenancy applications
* Property maintenance
* Regular contact with landlords
* Facilitating landlord statements
About you:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Exceptional customer service
* Previous exposure within real estate industry preferred.
* Professional presentation and grooming
* Consistent attention to detail
* Exceptional time management skills
* Must have a full Drivers' Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
