About the role
Gemelli Italian James St is looking for a new bartender to join our team. You will work closely with the bar team and floor managers to ensure a smooth operation. This position is a rare opportunity and only serious candidates will be considered.
Duties
* Work closely with the bartenders and the bar manager to ensure smooth operation
* Preparing cocktails and other drinks with speed and professionalism
* Following the opening and closing procedures of the bar
* Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a bartender
* Full working rights in Australia
* A calm and professional approach to their job
* Strong communication skills
* Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
* Staff and customer service focused
* Barista skills preferred
Minimum 6-12 months of bartending experience is required for this position.
