Job Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor.
This role involves managing fixed and mobile plant maintenance for the site, implementing maintenance plans to agreed standards, and ensuring equipment availability and productivity while reducing maintenance costs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance systems, asset management guidelines, and extractive industry equipment design, construction, and operation.
In addition, they should possess knowledge of crushing, screening, and conveyors, as well as experience with supervising maintenance contractors and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will work closely with our quarry operations teams to ensure the smooth operation of our plant and equipment.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to maximize equipment availability and productivity
* Implementing preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase overall efficiency
* Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
* Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

Achieving success in this role requires:
* Five years' experience in maintenance or operational roles within quarrying and/or mining operations
* Knowledge of extractive industry equipment design, construction, and operation

* Sound understanding of equipment reliability concepts and maintenance best practices
