Who we areThe Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation (ALPA) is the largest First Nations corporation in Australia, operating in 26 remote locations across the Northern Territory and Queensland. About the Role
Drive Impact and Ensure Excellence Join ALPA as Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer. In this opportunity, your expertise will help shape community outcomes in First Nations Communities by tracking and showcasing performance against key national benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide the ALPA CDP sites with the required reporting tools to increase performance aligned with NIAA KPI's outlined in the funding agreement.
* Report on sites performance weekly to the Performance Support Manager.
* Work closely with the site teams to implement new processes to improve Performance.
* Undertake site audits as per the requirements set out with the Performance Support Manager.
* Provide online training to staff on the contract obligations and program requirements
* Maintain spreadsheets/formal documentation of all CDP activities.
* Work with the sites through all processes required to achieve high performance.
* Hold responsibility for ensuring ALPA's bi-yearly Provider Performance Reviews represent the high performance of the business.

About You
* Knowledge of the current CDP contract.
* Strong relationship building, and communication skills.
* A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail & result orientated to drive KPI achievements
* Ability to develop strong networks
* Ability to work autonomously to achieve targets
* Flexible, dynamic and a team player
