Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Foreman based in Gold Coast, QLD. The Structural Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with team members, and ensure the quality and safety of project execution. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, managing resources and materials, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring adherence to construction plans and standards.
Qualifications Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, including leading teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performanceAt least 5 years of experience in running structures in towersFast cyclesPrecast and PT construction methodsWork Saturdays as requiredStrong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholdersKnowledge of Carpentry and building construction techniquesStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesUnderstanding of workplace safety regulations and proceduresRelevant trade qualifications or certifications in construction or building
