The Role:
We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team. As a leader, you'll inspire and coach a team of dedicated professionals, working closely with your Assistant Manager to achieve sales targets, customer engagement, and team member development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock levels, and wage control.
* Motivate your team to achieve outstanding results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
* Monitor store sales to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, acknowledging successes and addressing challenges.
* Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and rostering standards.
* Develop and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual growth through training and succession plans.
* Ensure OH&S management meets state and national legislation standards.
