Job Title: Lead Investigator
The position of Lead Investigator requires a seasoned professional with expertise in investigations, compliance monitoring, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct inquiries, investigations, and compliance monitoring activities in accordance with relevant legislation.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs of evidence for legal proceedings.
* Obtain written statements and affidavits from witnesses.
* Undertake advanced case management, including collaboration with other agencies or teams.
* Apply authoritative knowledge and processes to drive aspects of an ongoing compliance program.
* Communicate specialist concepts and information to various stakeholders regarding their rights and obligations under relevant legislation.
* Identify issues and provide policy, legislative, and enforcement recommendations within an integrated compliance framework.
* Prepare specialized correspondence on complex issues, including replies to official correspondence.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent qualification.
