Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce expert to lead our Australia-based workstream and deliver impactful solutions that support the business and its customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a consultancy or financial services background to join our team and play a key role in uplifting and enhancing the Salesforce platform.
You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices are consistently applied. Your expertise in Health Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud will be highly valued as you collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical delivery and governance across Australia, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
* Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce Developers, both onshore and offshore, to ensure consistent high-quality output.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments.
* Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
* Proven experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a strong ability to drive results-oriented teams.
Please note that candidates not based in Melbourne will not be considered, due to operational requirements. Additionally, relevant industry experience is essential for this role.
