Are you a results-driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and winning new business? Do you enjoy owning the full sales cycle and being trusted to make things happen? We're looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to grow profitable sales across existing and new customers, while acting as a key point of contact in the market.
Responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
* Growing revenue by expanding the current customer base, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and managing sales pipelines and customer expectations
* Owning the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting through to closing
* Providing market intelligence on customer trends and competitor activity
* Developing weekly call plans and actively managing customer interactions
* Acting as the key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
* Collaborating closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure timely, accurate information flow
* Contributing to budgets, forecasts, and delivering regular sales performance reports
* Supporting debt collection activities in line with company policies
* Representing the business at industry expos and events
* Travelling domestically and interstate as required
You'll also play an active role in maintaining a safe workplace by:
* Complying with WHS policies and procedures
* Attending required WHS training
* Reporting incidents within 24 hours
* Supporting WHS initiatives and acting on hazards where safe to do so
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally at Sales Representative level or above
* A positive, proactive, and self-driven mindset
* Maintain a professional appearance appropriate to the role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint confident)
* The ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* A lateral, solution-focused way of thinking
* The ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Own vehicle and driver's license.
