ABOUT THE ROLE
* Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s neurological, hydrotherapy, assistive technology, paediatrics, aged care or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
* Focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex care needs, physical or neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, and psychosocial challenges.
* Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Aitkenvale office.
* Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
* Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
* Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential
* Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

ABOUT YOU
* You hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy.
* You have 1+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist.
* You have 1+ years experience working directly with NDIS clients.
* You have full Australian working rights. Please note that National 360 is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
* You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Blue Card.
